Patreon is a website where you can pay a small monthly fee to access content I don't usually post on social media, such as alternate versions of drawings. Additionally, subscribers can suggest a character each month for a poll, and I draw the winner.
Terms of Service
By sending me a commission request, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Make sure to read them before paying any invoice I might send you as they are bound to be updated regularly.I. GENERAL TERMS
I keep the right to refuse any requests without having to give any reasons. I will however always notify you that I refused your request.
I also keep the right to cancel the commission at any moment.
Commissions I make are not private unless discussed prior to the payment.
To commission me you must be of legal age.II. PAYMENT
Everything must be paid upfront.
I send an invoice once everything has been agreed upon.
If the invoice has not been paid 48 hours after I sent it, I consider that you do not want to commission me anymore and the invoice as well as the commission will be canceled.
Any mistake on your side of the payment is on your charge and will not be refunded.
You cant change ideas of the drawing after the payment is done.III. REFUNDING POLICY
No refund except if I didnt draw or cancelled by myself the commission. Take in mind I start to draw only after the payment is made.IV. PROCESS
When discussing your request, you give me the references about pose(s), character(s) etc...
If you dont have ideas you can request a drawing free of inspiration : in this case you cannot complain if you dont like what I made and cannot get a refund.
I do not have to abide by any deadline, but I will always do my best to finish your request as soon as I can.
I start working on your commission only after I received the payment.
During the process, I will send you WIP about these steps :
- Rough idea of the drawing
- Sketch
- Color
You can tell me when you receive it if something seem wrong to you. I will not change big elements at the end of the drawing. Also, I can request clarifications if I have a doubt with the references.
I keep the right to refuse any major edits requests.V. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
Commercial commissions may abide by different terms.
I reserve all the rights to the artwork. I can use it for self-promotion, Patreon rewards, Gumroad rewards, Fanbox rewards, selling it as a print or merchandise, editing it in any kind of way, etc…
I will never claim your original character is mine or was designed by me unless it was.
What the commissioners cannot do:
- You cannot edit the artwork in any way except if we have discussed it and I have agreed upon it.
- You cannot claim you made the artwork.
- You cannot remove my signature
- You cannot supply the artwork generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) like Stable Diffusion, Dall-E, Midjourney etc...
- You cannot use the artwork in any commercial way
What the commissioners can do:
- You can use the artwork for personal use only.
- You can post it anywhere if you credit my name and do not make a profit out of it.
- You can make prints of the artwork if you do not sell them.
VI. CHARGEBACK AND ISSUES
If you have any issue with the artwork or about our exchange, please make sure to contact me before engaging in any kind of procedure.
If you file a chargeback against me, you lose all the rights on all the artworks I ever made for you. You will also lose permanently the right to commission me ever again.
Your OC’s name will be publicly noted for other artists to watch out for.
